You agree to provide accurate, current information whenever you submit a form, place an order, or otherwise communicate with us, and not to interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services.

Products in our merch store are made to order. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. Checkout and payment are processed by Shopify and its payment providers; Enrichment Labs does not directly store full payment-card numbers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors; if we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full. Product images are for illustration and minor variations in color or print placement may occur.

Shipping is free on all orders. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Because items are made to order, please allow production time before your order ships; estimated timelines are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, and carrier delays are outside of our control.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a return shipping label or notify you that the item does not need to be returned. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Ordinary made-to-order merchandise is eligible for return under this policy. We do not accept returns of products personalized or specially customized for an individual customer, gift cards, or items clearly marked as final sale before purchase.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and only one discount code can be used per order; codes cannot be combined or stacked. Some codes, such as referral rewards, are single-use and expire once redeemed. Discount codes have no cash value, cannot be applied to past purchases, and may be modified or deactivated at any time, including in cases of error or abuse.

We may offer promotions from time to time, such as sales, discount campaigns, and referral rewards. Each promotion's specific terms, including eligibility and reward details, will be provided with that promotion. By participating, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these Terms.

All promotions are offered at our discretion and may be modified, suspended, or ended at any time without notice. Ending a promotion does not affect rewards already issued, but individual rewards may be voided or deactivated in cases of error, fraud, or abuse (such as self-referral or fictitious referrals). Promotional discount codes cannot be combined or stacked; only one discount code may be used per order. Rewards have no cash value and are not transferable or redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Submitting a booking or inquiry form is a request for information, not a contract; program bookings are arranged and governed by separate agreements. When you provide us with your email address through a purchase, booking or inquiry, or mailing-list signup, we may send you marketing emails about updates and offers. You may unsubscribe at any time.
